Steve Meek, partner with My CFO, LLC, has more than 40 years of extensive experience functioning as a financial leader and operations manager for multi-million-dollar companies. Since founding My CFO, LLC in 2013, he has worked with over 50 companies in a variety of industries and sizes. He has acted as CFO for several companies from a few hours per month up to as much as 20 hours per week. Prior to founding My CFO, LLC, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Interior Design Services, Inc., a $63 million-dollar private company. He not only led all financial management decisions at the company, but also oversaw operations and human resources functions. Steve has proven success working with companies in growth stages, helping them succeed as business ventures. He was brought onboard in the financial area and eventually became Vice President of Purchasing and Product Development for the corporation that is now known as J. Alexander’s and began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst and Young. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Steve is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor through the Exit Planning Institute. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Tennessee-Martin and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. He lives in Franklin with his wife Jan and has three children and seven grandchildren, all who reside in Middle Tennessee. Steve and his wife Jan enjoy the outdoors and spending time beekeeping on their farm in Kingston Springs

Hope Jenne’ brings 12 years of experience in the financial industry to her role at My CFO, LLC. A Certified Public Accountant, she has most recently spent her time as the accounting advisor for a publicly traded company. Prior to that, she served as a controller and finance director for a multi-million-dollar healthcare company that included over 200 employees over multiple legal and operating divisions. Hope managed the company's financing structure, coordinated a multifaceted finance team, and facilitated steering of the company's financial operations. The beginning days of her career in public accounting built a strong foundation and appreciation for providing the highest quality experience for each client she serves. She is also the President of the Junior League of Murfreesboro, and a passionate volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club. Hope holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University as well as a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University. She is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Hope is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor through the Exit Planning Institute. She resides in Lewisburg, with her husband and three boys. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors adventuring on horseback.

Elizabeth Dean brings 25 years of accounting experience to the team. As a CPA, she has spent most her time as a controller of a multi-million-dollar company that included 150 employees with multiple legal and operating division. Prior to that, she started her accounting career working entry level positions of accounts receivable, accounts payable and eventually working her way up into public accounting in the tax and auditing departments. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. She is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accounts and resides in Lebanon, TN. She spends most her free time with her grandchildren experiencing all life has to offer.
