Hope Jenne, CPA, MSA, is the dynamic owner of My CFO LLC, a premier fractional CFO and consulting firm dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs with financial clarity, growth, and lasting value.
With more than 20 years in the finance world, Hope’s journey began as an intern at a public tax firm, building a broad foundation across industries. She then advanced into leadership as Controller for a multi-million-dollar healthcare company, where she developed strong skills in leadership, navigated complex financial discussions, and gained deep experience in exit transactions.
Since joining My CFO in 2015, Hope has seized every opportunity to grow her expertise. Today, she partners closely with high-growth, multi-million-dollar companies—overseeing sophisticated financing structures, coordinating multifaceted finance teams, and steering financial operations with precision and insight. She leverages accounting’s unique transferability across industries to deliver tailored guidance that helps business owners in any sector build stronger, more valuable businesses.
Her true passion lies in guiding owners to define clear financial goals, serving as their trusted accountability partner, and maximizing long-term business value through strategic planning, exit strategies, and comprehensive financial advisory.
An MTSU graduate with a Master’s in Accounting and a licensed CPA, Hope also became a Certified Exit Planning Advisor in 2021. She is a devoted wife to her husband and mother to three sons she affectionately calls “the JJs.” A farm-raised horse enthusiast and committed follower of Jesus, she draws inspiration from her faith and family, bringing purpose, warmth, and genuine connection to every client relationship.
Before focusing her energy on family, Hope was an active community leader—serving on numerous boards, chairing fundraisers, mentoring kids. She continues teaching children’s Bible classes weekly.

Lydia Weber, CPA, MAcc is a strategic, results-driven finance leader with more than a decade of experience across financial operations, internal controls, audit, and regulatory compliance within the financial services and banking sectors. She brings a balanced blend of operational finance leadership and risk management expertise, helping organizations strengthen financial discipline, improve performance visibility, and support sustainable growth.
Lydia has held senior leadership roles within a publicly traded, multi-billion-dollar financial institution, partnering with executive teams to lead enterprise budgeting, executive and board-level reporting, and large-scale cost optimization initiatives. Her work supported technology, operations, data, and governance functions and delivered meaningful annual savings while preserving strategic growth priorities. She also led major operational transformations within mortgage servicing for portfolios serving 45k+ customers, including large-scale servicing transfers and the enhancement of data automation, portfolio oversight, and executive reporting.
Earlier in her career, Lydia led internal control and SOX compliance programs across mortgage banking and capital markets functions, coordinating closely with internal audit and external auditors to strengthen control design, testing, and remediation. She brings deep experience building scalable finance and control frameworks during periods of growth, regulatory scrutiny, and organizational change.
Lydia began her career in public accounting, advising regulated financial institutions on risk assessment, financial reporting, and internal control best practices. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and holds both a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Lydia is known for her practical, collaborative approach and her ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership teams.

Brandi Beaty brings over 10 years of accounting experience to the team at My CFO, LLC. She spent most of her time working as an accountant for a Fortune 500 public company, leading the accounting and consolidations group and coordinating closing for over 40 global subsidiaries.
Prior to that, she worked as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Brandi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Middle Tennessee State University, and is a licensed CPA. Brandi lives in Murfreesboro with her husband and children. She most enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.
